İbrahim Can Narin

Education
İbrahim Can Narin completed his education at İzmir Bornova Anatolian High School (“BAL”), originally founded as İzmir College under the Ministry of Education, graduating with high honors. During this period, he actively participated in numerous high school-level social responsibility projects, served as the chairman of the honor council, and achieved various provincial and regional successes with the school’s boys’ volleyball team.
He completed his law education at Marmara University in three years as an honor student. During this time, he served as the General Secretary of the Young Jurists Club and later became a founding member of the Plus Law Club, eventually serving as its president before graduating.
Before and after his graduation, he interned at numerous local and international law firms. Starting in 2017, he completed his internship at Küçükislamoğlu & Partners, a leading firm operating in national and international legal fields, by attending thousands of meetings alongside the founding partner in the R&D and Marketing Departments. During this period, thanks to the firm’s outstanding global and local efforts in Marketing and R&D, the office was awarded the “Most Innovative and Global Law Firm Award” by Global Legal Matters, a UK-based global and independent rating organization.
Career
Following the completion of his internship, İbrahim Can Narin was appointed as a manager of the Arbitration and Marketing departments in recognition of his outstanding performance during his internship period. Upon successfully fulfilling these duties, he was promoted in 2019 to Head of Compliance and Legal Affairs, a position he held for one year. During this time, he successfully led hundreds of compliance projects, particularly within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law and the Law on the Protection of Competition. Due to his remarkable achievements in this field, İbrahim Can Narin was honored in 2019 by the UK-based independent and global rating agency Leaders in Law as the “Most Valuable Personal Data Protection Attorney.”
In 2020, İbrahim Can Narin earned the status of Partner, and as of 2021, he was appointed as a “Fully Authorized Partner” at Küçükislamoğlu & Narin & Partners. He began to take an active executive role in managing the company, which has over 50 employees.
In recognition of his achievements, İbrahim Can Narin was promoted to partner status by the founding partner of the firm. After providing successful and high-quality legal services to numerous local and global companies, in 2022 he was selected by Success Pitchers, a London-based legal research and press firm, among “The 10 Most Eminent Leaders in Law.” He was also featured in an interview titled “The Leading Name in the Field of Law,” where evaluations of law firms at both global and national levels were shared with domestic and international media.
Due to his approach to cases and accurate legal solutions, in 2023 İbrahim Can Narin was recognized by “The CIO World,” an independent global research and press firm based in the UK, as “Ibrahim Can Narin: A Solution-Oriented, Innovative, and Dynamic Leader.” He was also interviewed again on various legal topics.
In 2023, İbrahim Can Narin earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree with a thesis on confidentiality agreements in Private International Law, and the thesis is planned to be published as a book in Turkish legal literature. In the same year, he also began and continues to pursue an MBA program at Istanbul Technical University. Additionally, İbrahim Can Narin was admitted to Marmara University’s Faculty of Economics with top honors and is currently continuing his studies there. Furthermore, he serves as an arbitrator at ELSA and as a mentor at Marmara University.
As of 2024, İbrahim Can Narin established his own partnership under the name “Narin & Bilen & Dilsizoğlu.” Beyond this, he continues to serve on the boards of directors and advisory boards of numerous local and global companies, and carries out trustee and guardianship duties under the Ministry of Justice.
