Burak Işıktan has been actively working as a personal development coach in professional football for nearly 15 years. He has directly contributed to the development of many players who were trained in youth academies at the Turkish Süper Lig level and progressed to the professional stage. Combining practice on the field with theory, Burak Işıktan works with player-focused development models that elevate both the physical and technical performance of every athlete he coaches. He has been an important guide in the transition journey of young talents into professionalism.

His expertise lies in individual technical development, position-specific training methodologies, and programs aimed at improving in-game decision-making processes. With many years of experience working with players in Turkey’s leading youth academies, Işıktan makes a difference not only through on-field discipline but also through off-field mentorship.

With an approach focused on continuous development, he has helped many young players confidently prepare for the professional level and has contributed to dozens of players joining the rosters of the Süper Lig and First League teams to date.
